Belinyu, CMNNews.id\u00a0\u2013 Masyarakat Desa Gunung Muda, Kecamatan Belinyu, Kabupaten Bangka, kembali mengajukan pertemuan dengan pemerintah desa dan PT. Gunung Pelawan Lestari (GPL) guna menuntut transparansi dalam Program Plasma. <\/em><\/p>\n

Pertemuan tersebut dijadwalkan berlangsung pada Rabu (26\/02\/2025) sebagai tindak lanjut dari aksi damai yang telah digelar sebelumnya pada 24 Januari 2025. <\/em><\/p>\n

Dalam aksi yang berlangsung di Kantor Desa Gunung Muda, ratusan warga menyerahkan 531 KTP dan KK kepada Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) serta pemerintah desa sebagai bukti dukungan terhadap tuntutan mereka. Warga mengajukan tiga tuntutan utama, yakni: <\/em><\/p>\n

Kejelasan dan pemerataan hak plasma bagi masyarakat yang belum menerimanya. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u00a0Transparansi dalam pendataan dan pengumuman penerima hak plasma oleh Pemerintah Desa Gunung Muda dan Koperasi Gunung Muda Sejahtera. <\/em><\/p>\n

Solusi konkret dari PT. GPL, Koperasi Gunung Muda Sejahtera, dan pemerintah desa bagi warga yang belum memperoleh hak plasma. <\/em><\/p>\n

Salah satu perwakilan warga menyatakan bahwa aksi yang dilakukan bukanlah bentuk konfrontasi, melainkan upaya untuk mendapatkan kejelasan serta keadilan bagi seluruh masyarakat yang berhak atas program plasma. <\/em><\/p>\n

“Kami hanya ingin transparansi dan keadilan. Kami ingin tahu siapa saja yang sudah menerima hak plasma dan bagaimana nasib mereka yang belum mendapatkannya. Harapan kami, perusahaan, koperasi, dan pemerintah desa bisa memberikan solusi terbaik bagi semua,\u201d ujar seorang warga yang enggan disebutkan namanya. <\/em><\/p>\n

Kepala Desa Gunung Muda, Herwandi (Bung Prakok), menyatakan menerima aspirasi masyarakat dan berjanji akan menindaklanjuti tuntutan tersebut melalui musyawarah dengan pihak-pihak terkait., “Tentunya aspirasi ini kita sambut baik, dan akan kita tindak lanjuti kita adakan kembali musyawara kambali,” kata Bung Prakok <\/em><\/p>\n

Ketua BPD Gunung Muda, Enggi Anugrah, juga menegaskan bahwa lebih dari 500 berkas KTP dan KK telah dikumpulkan sebagai bukti bahwa banyak warga belum menerima hak plasma dari PT. GPL. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cKami berharap pihak PT. GPL dan koperasi dapat mengakomodasi warga yang belum mendapatkan program plasma atau kemitraan perusahaan,\u201d ujar Enggi. <\/em><\/p>\n

Ketua Forum Pemerhati Pertambangan, Perkebunan, dan Kehutanan Daerah (FP3K), Gustari, menekankan bahwa program plasma merupakan kewajiban yang harus dijalankan oleh perusahaan perkebunan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat terdampak. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cProgram ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga yang terdampak langsung dari kegiatan usaha perkebunan. Jangan sampai timbul kecemburuan sosial akibat ketidakseimbangan dalam pelaksanaannya,\u201d ujarnya. <\/em><\/p>\n

Warga berharap pihak berwenang, termasuk pemerintah desa dan perusahaan, dapat segera memberikan kepastian terkait transparansi data penerima plasma. Dengan demikian, konflik sosial yang telah berlangsung lama dapat segera diselesaikan secara adil dan terbuka.<\/em><\/p>\n
