BANGKA,CMNNEWS.ID\u00a0 \u2013 Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) Polres Bangka mengamankan 12 unit sepeda motor yang menggunakan knalpot tidak sesuai spesifikasi teknis atau knalpot brong saat menggelar patroli antisipasi balap liar di wilayah Kecamatan Sungailiat, Sabtu (18\/7\/2026) malam.<\/p>\n

Patroli yang dimulai sekitar pukul 23.00 WIB itu dipimpin Kasat Lantas Polres Bangka, AKP Kardonetso Siagian, S.H., bersama 25 personel Satlantas menggunakan kendaraan patroli roda empat (R4).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan dipusatkan di Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, tepatnya di kawasan Traffic Light Kantor Pos Sungailiat yang dinilai menjadi salah satu titik berkumpulnya pengendara pada malam hari.<\/p>\n

Selain melakukan patroli preventif, petugas juga melakukan penindakan terhadap pelanggaran lalu lintas yang berpotensi mengganggu keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat, khususnya penggunaan knalpot brong serta potensi aksi balap liar.<\/p>\n

Selama patroli berlangsung, petugas tidak menemukan adanya aktivitas balap liar maupun keberadaan kelompok geng motor. Situasi kamtibmas di wilayah Kabupaten Bangka terpantau aman dan kondusif, sementara arus lalu lintas di Kecamatan Sungailiat berjalan lancar.<\/p>\n

Meski demikian, petugas tetap melakukan penindakan terhadap kendaraan yang melanggar aturan. Sebanyak 12 unit sepeda motor berknalpot brong diamankan sebagai bagian dari upaya penegakan hukum dan menciptakan ketertiban di jalan raya.<\/p>\n

Kasat Lantas Polres Bangka, AKP Kardonetso Siagian, mengatakan patroli serupa akan terus dilaksanakan secara berkala, terutama pada malam akhir pekan yang berpotensi dimanfaatkan untuk aksi balap liar.<\/p>\n

“Patroli ini merupakan langkah preventif untuk menjaga keamanan, keselamatan, ketertiban, dan kelancaran lalu lintas. Kami juga mengimbau kepada masyarakat, khususnya para pengendara muda, agar tidak melakukan balap liar maupun menggunakan knalpot brong karena dapat mengganggu ketertiban umum dan membahayakan pengguna jalan lainnya,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Ia juga mengajak masyarakat untuk bersama-sama menjaga situasi keamanan dan ketertiban masyarakat (kamtibmas) dengan mematuhi peraturan lalu lintas serta segera melaporkan kepada pihak kepolisian apabila menemukan aktivitas yang berpotensi mengganggu keamanan di lingkungan sekitar.<\/p>\n
